At Bright Connections Behavioral, we are dedicated to shaping the next generation of BCBAs who are confident, compassionate, and highly skilled in delivering high-quality behavior analytic services. Through our structured and supportive supervision program, we ensure that our supervisees are well-prepared to make meaningful contributions to the field and improve the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Our supervision program is designed to develop future Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ethical, competent, and dedicated to evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions. We recognize that effective behavior analysts must possess not only technical expertise but also a strong commitment to client-centered care, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
